International shipping is included in the unit price of the products.
All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information.

- Is there a minimum order value for ordering?
Yes, there is a minimum order value of 50 euros.
- Can I choose between standard shipping and express shipping?
No, for now express transport is not available on the platform.
If you have a specific deadline for your goods - you can contact collection.support.ext@bridgestone.eu and they will inform you about which solution is available.
- Do you ship the goods outside of the EU?
Shipments outside the EU are possible. The transport calculation includes shipping to the following non-EU (or non-Schengen) destinations:
- UK: DDP (DDU for Ariba sessions)
- Switzerland: DDP (DDU for Ariba sessions)
- Norway: DDP (DDU for Ariba sessions)
- Bosnia-Herzegovina: DDU
- Serbia: DDU
- Can I still change my order once I placed and paid it?
No, the system is fully automated. Therefore, it’s not possible to adapt your order once the order confirmation has been sent. Contact us to see if you can still cancel your order (as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet).
- How can I track my delivery?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from our shipment partner with a tracking link to follow the status of your order. If you have not received a shipment e-mail, you can contact our support team.
- I received my package but my order was not complete
Please contact our support team. Together with our logistic department we will further investigate the transport process.
- I received my package but the goods were (partly) damaged
Please contact our support team within 7 working days after receipt of the delivery.
